Football Summer Golf Outings Scheduled

KIRKSVILLE, Mo. – The Bulldog Football program will host a pair of golf outings this summer. The St. Louis outing will take place on Monday, June 24 at The Landings at Spirit Golf Course in Chesterfield. The Chicago outing is on Monday, July 22nd at the Orchard Valley Golf Club in Aurora.

The St. Louis outing will return to the same course as last year only with an earlier start time. Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. There is a Sunday social at Llywelyn's Pub (2490 Taylor Road) located within the Wildwood Town Center and a special rate under “Truman State University Football” for out of town players at the Wildwood Hotel (636-733-9100; 2801 Fountain Place).

The second year of the Chicago outing is back at the Orchard Valley Golf Club in Aurora, Ill. Registration will begin around noon with the shotgun start at 1:00 p.m.

Both tournaments cost $500 per foursome. Individuals are welcomed to sign up and be grouped together. The St. Louis outing individual rate is $125.00 while the Chicago rate is $150. All rates include range balls, carts, meals and much more.
