2013-2014: Came off the bench to play in 19 games, averaging 9.7 minutes per game ... averaged 1.8 points and 2.3 rebounds per game, while adding six blocks and four steals ... shot 36% overall from the floor, including 38% from three-point range ... was an 80% free throw shooter ... grabbed 12 offensive rebounds ... scored five points against both Iowa Wesleyan (Dec. 16) and Quincy (Feb. 27) ... grabbed eight rebounds against Central Christian on Nov. 11 ... recorded five total blocks during the team's final three games ... named academic all-GLVC.

2012-2013: Saw action in 11 games, averaging 15.0 minutes, 2.8 points and 2.5 rebounds per game ... shot 52.4% from the floor and 80% from the charity stripe ... added eight blocks for the second-highest total on the squad ... scored a season-high nine points on March 2 at Northwest Missouri ... added eight points, three blocks and three rebounds in team's MIAA tournament game at Pittsburg State on March 4 ... shot 75% from the field during his final three games from Feb. 27 - March 4 ... grabbed 10 total (5 offensive) rebounds against Central Christian on Nov. 19 ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2011-2012: Played in 16 games, earning 13 starts, and averaged 4.3 points and 3.9 rebounds per game ... scored a season-best 10 points on Dec. 3 against Pittsburg State, going 4-for-5 from the field with a pair of free throws ... grabbed a season-high nine rebounds against Central Christian on Nov. 15 ... ranked second on the squad with 12 blocks ... had a 1.8-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio ... shot 51% from the field ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

High School
Burmester was a second team all-state selection in Class 3 in Iowa while playing for Central Clinton. He averaged 12.5 points and over 12 rebounds per game last season as the Sabers finished 16-7. He also averaged over 5.4 blocks per game and ended his high school career with 299, sixth all-time in the state of Iowa. In addition to his all-state and all-conference accolades, Burmester played in several all-star games including the All Eastern Iowa, Iowa vs. Illinois and the Iowa Basketball Coaches Association games.  Patrick’s sister Erin is a member of the Truman Volleyball team.

Birthday is January 12 … is the son of Karl and Linda Burmester … older sister, Erin, was a four-year player on the Truman volleyball team from 2008-2011 … is majoring in Accounting.
