Biography

2016 (Junior): Named second team all-GLVC as a first baseman…had the eighth most at bats in a single season with 185 and was third in single season fielding with 448 chances and 417 putouts…tied for the team lead with 17 multi-hit games with one four-hit outing against Drury on April 2…had nine multi-RBI games and drove in four against Southern Indiana on February 26…tied with Nick Agliolo with 34 RBIs and with Charlie Kreh with four home runs…hit .308 in 50 games played and started and .343 in 28 conference games…will enter his senior season ranked eighth in career RBIs (97), ninth in triples (6) and total bases (243) and 10th in doubles (27)…will enter Truman’s Top 10 in hits (174) with his first hit of the 2017 season and is 62 hits away from breaking the career mark in hits.

2015 (Sophomore): Led team with a .383 batting average and had the second most hits (77) and total bases (110) in Truman single-season history…led team with 27 multi-hit games with seven games of three hits…had a season-best 13 game hitting streak and finished the season hitting safely in his last 10 games…earned all-Midwest Regional Tournament honors hitting .368 with five RBIs at regionals…finished with four triples, one off school record…started 51 of 52 games and played 44 at first base with a .986 fielding percentage.

2014 (Freshman): Started 42 games as the designated hitter…hit .267 with 10 doubles and 21 RBIs…had a pair of doubles against Lincoln on April 22, had three hits, including his first collegiate home run against Missouri-St. Louis on April 18 while totaling six total bases in the game…drove in three runs against Maryville (Mo.) on April 12…had 11 multi-hit games, six multi-RBI games and an eight-game hitting streak during the season.

2013 (Freshman): Redshirted season…was named to the MIAA Commissioners Academic Honor Roll.

High School: A two-time all-conference selection, both second team honors and a three-time all-conference academic team member...team captain that helped Fort Zumwalt South to district title senior season while also earning honorable mention all-district...two-time American Legion All-Start...won the 2011 Scholar Athlete Award for Baseball...member of the National Honor Society.
