A member of the Division II Athletics Directors Association Academic team. 2019 (Freshman) Played in 11 games as a true freshman on special teams. Recorded 26 tackles on the year. High School: Jacobson set a West Aurora school record with 10 career interceptions, returning two for touchdowns. He finished his Blackhawk career with 155 tackles and was a two-time first team all-area and all-conference performer. During senior season, West Aurora went 9-2 and 8-1 in the Upstate Eight conference. Jacobson finished his last year with 50 tackles, three interceptions for 72 yards and punt return yardage of 142. He was named the team’s defensive player of the year. He participates in track and baseball at West Aurora and was a three-time academic all-conference and twice named academic all-State. Jacobson is a member of the National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society and plans on majoring in Business at Truman. He is the son of Jeff and Stacy Jacobson.
